Here at TDS we undertake a number of design services from small extensions, renovations, change of use, licensing plans, bespoke residential properties through to medium housing schemes. We operate across the north west and our surveyors have built up good working relationships with many of the Local Authorities over their careers to ensure your project runs smoothly. All our design work is backed by our Professional Indemnity Insurance for added peace of mind.

Project Management

For more demanding projects or those where you feel external oversight to be of benefit we can manage your project from start through to completion to ensure your build runs smoothly and is delivered on time. Whether it be alongside your main contractor or organising trades on your behalf we will tailor each solution to suit you.
